Founder of James Collective Hair & Extensions.
This is my Story
I’m a hairdresser, salon owner, hair extension brand founder and educator, with more than 10 years of hands-on experience in the hair industry.
Over those years, I’ve worked across every side of hair extensions from applying and customising hair behind the chair, to sourcing, importing and manufacturing products for my own extension brand.
I’ve spent years building relationships with suppliers, testing hair from around the world and have even travelled to China to meet suppliers and manufacturers in person, giving me a deeper understanding of how the industry works beyond what most stylists ever get to see.
Today, I use that experience to help other hair professionals master their craft and navigate the business behind extensions with more confidence.
I’ve created my education and resources to give stylists access to the techniques, supplier pathways and industry knowledge that took me more than a decade of trial, testing and real-world experience to build.
