TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase and use of online education, digital products, masterclasses and coaching services provided by Kim Hartnett.
1. Digital Products & Online Education
By purchasing any digital product or online education program, including Keratin Bonds Mastery and the Extension Supplier & Sourcing Masterclass, you are purchasing access for your own personal and professional use.
Course materials, videos, supplier information, documents, training methods and other intellectual property must not be copied, reproduced, shared, resold, distributed or provided to another person without written permission.
2. Payments
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required at checkout unless another payment arrangement is expressly offered.
3. Digital Product Refunds
Due to the immediate-access nature of our digital products and online education, we do not offer refunds or change-of-mind cancellations once access has been provided, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
4. Student 1:1 Sessions With Kim
Private 1:1 sessions with Kim are available only to eligible customers who have purchased a qualifying education product.
A 1:1 session is a separate service and is not included in the price of an education product unless expressly stated otherwise.
Current private sessions are 60 minutes and priced at $550 AUD.
5. Educational Information
Our programs and resources are provided for educational purposes. Results vary depending on factors including experience, implementation, business circumstances and individual skill.
We do not guarantee specific financial, business, client or income results.
6. Supplier Information
Supplier recommendations and sourcing information are based on Kim's experience and information available at the time the material is created or updated.
Suppliers are independent third parties. We do not control their pricing, product availability, quality, shipping, policies or future business practices and cannot guarantee that these will remain unchanged.
Customers are responsible for conducting their own assessment before purchasing from or entering into arrangements with any supplier.
7. Intellectual Property
All course content, videos, written materials, training resources, methods, branding and other original content remain the intellectual property of their respective owner.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable right to access and use the purchased material. It does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to you.
8. Account Access
Login details and course access are for the purchaser only and must not be shared with another person.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe course materials or account credentials have been shared, copied, distributed or used in breach of these Terms.
9. Changes to Content
We may update, improve or modify course materials, resources and product content from time to time.
